I have had 20 years’ experience helping clients understand & maximize their own health recovery and potential for improvement in their own space. I offer services in the comfort & convenience of your own home. If you need personal, affordable and reliable services or are struggling with barriers to mainstream rehabilitation & exercise programs, I can help you. These barriers can be physical (injuries, illness, fitness), logistical (transport or busy schedules) or emotional (mood or motivation).
My holistic approach creates sustainable, effective change with insight into your physical & emotional strengths, weaknesses, personal history, challenges, motivation & lifestyle. I also work in conjunction with home visiting physiotherapists who offer a home exercise program; and an exercise physiologist who offers gentle group exercise classes at a studio.
